Listening to customer feedback, the folks at Naturemill have applied upgraded the Plus XE and PRO XE with more powerful motors yet keeping efficiency in check.

Stronger Motor:
Motors jams on large or hard food scraps.  So we doubled the motor strength – without increasing energy consumption.  A built-in grinding feature devours stubborn items.  If a jam occurs, the motor will try again every 4 hours – automatically.  Jams often soften up over time as items warm-up and begin to decompose, so persistence pays.

A new “Heavy Duty” mode is available on PRO models to handle even the toughest compost challenges.

Improved Filter:

The compost scientists at Naturemill have refined the “secret recipe” for making compost.  They’ve increased the air flow rate with a new quieter pump, and a new carbon filter. The carbon filter is more powerful and lasts over 5 years (with a lifetime guarantee on PRO models).  More even heat circulation ensures that corners and edges compost effectively.

New Energy Save Mode:

A new feature, available on all models, reduces energy consumption by 75%.   Now you can reduce mixing, heating, and air flow rate when you go on vacation, or if you just don’t have much to compost.
